This morning I'm reminded of the value of sleep and I'm thinking of every parent who has been woken up in the middle of the night by a child.  May God bless them and re-energize them.

Lord I pray for families today.  Father, would you help us to value the importance of a Mom and a Dad and recognize how important it is to love each other.  Would You give us a special insight into recognizing how each person contributes to the whole and would You help us to do just what You want us to do.

Thanks for allowing me to help others.
